We Are Young-Fun.
Yeah you are and you’ve also made the teenage anthem of the
year with one of the more pleasantly surprising hits this year in one Fun’s,
“We Are Young.”
There’s a lot that’s been said about this tune and while
it’s been out for quite a while you really couldn’t escape its immense feeling
of larger than life feelings of one drunken night on the town no matter what
format of radio you were listening to and it really was the catapult for this
band becoming something worth knowing and while I did prefer Some Nights more I
couldn’t really help but rank this one higher for being the tune that started
it all and I’m sure is going to be their set closer for years to come or until
they feel like pretending their Radiohead.
